What changed:
  • Sleep quality, energy levels, and gut symptoms use quick-tap options
  • "What shaped your day?" lets you select multiple factors at once
  • Overall day rating uses a slider for faster input
This makes check-ins faster to complete while still capturing the details that matter. You can still add context or go deeper - just tap through the selections and expand on anything when prompted at the end.
