Sorry for the slow response here. We'll add a note to onboarding to make it clear that you can add other diagnoses to your health profile at any time - onboarding just focuses on IBD for the time being.

Hoping you found how to add the other diagnoses! But if not, you can go to the Profile tab (the last one), Health profile, Conditions, then add one. If you type something not listed, it will still let you create/add it.
